sorry for the lack of updates by me. i was never a perfect father to you guys, and i’m sorry i let you guys down. but we both knew it would take quitting drinking and slapping your mom around silly for me to ever get better. so even though your mama just mouthed off (and i know it won’t be the last today), i’m gonna control my anger and just post this video instead. thanks for the advice, dr. hindermen. he suggested i try listening to bill wither’s “ain’t no sunshine” and just mellow out. then, after he gave me some pills, things got pretty trippy and i did this song.

obviously, i wish the quality was better, especially on the vocals, but then again, it is live/life! and they’ll be more to come…
